Eric Albian is the founder and CEO of Channel Partnerships, LLC, and also leads Everoom, focusing on affordable, energy-efficient home building. With expertise in negotiation, sales, and management, he drives innovation in fast, sustainable housing. Eric’s dual role highlights his diverse skills in both consulting and eco-friendly development.

John Cascarano

John Cascarano is an experienced attorney, brand founder, and entrepreneur. He has founded or co-founded multiple companies and served in various roles from CEO to Counsel. John earned his BA in English from Duke University and his JD from the University of Michigan Law School. He is a member of the State Bars of Tennessee and Georgia and is active in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Nashville chapter. John and Nathan co-own two campgrounds and have syndicated multiple additional parks.

Matt Brown

Matt Brown is a Nashville-based real estate developer and architectural designer. He has designed over 100 homes and several commercial projects in Middle Tennessee. Currently, Matt oversees 130 units under construction across three development projects, including a $28M apartment building in downtown Nashville. He began his real estate career in 2016 and holds a BS in History from MTSU.

Jimmie Strong

Jimmie Strong is a corporate counsel with strong business acumen and excellent communication abilities. They excel in addressing business challenges, evaluating strategies, and providing comprehensive client support. Jimmie has guided clients through complex issues, such as shareholder proposals, by offering expert financial and policy insights to help them make informed decisions.

Stephen Woodring brings a rich blend of public policy expertise and strategic operational management. With a deep-rooted background in government affairs and corporate advocacy, Stephen excels in formulating and executing strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and drive stakeholder engagement. Throughout his career, Stephen has held various leadership roles, consistently demonstrating his ability to oversee strategic management, financial oversight, and operational efficiency, ensuring sustainable business practices and innovative solutions.

Alvaro Rattinger

Alvaro Rattinger is an expert in branding and a leader in online marketing trends and social media. As the General Director of Grupo de Comunicación Kätedra and publisher of Merca2.0 magazine, he has made a significant impact in the marketing and advertising industry. Alvaro studied at Yale University and Kellogg School of Management, with training in print production, graphic design, and editorial marketing.
